Staying in each posture for a couple of minutes will deepens the relaxation while your body is being stretch by its own weight and gravity. Add some Pranayama exercises and you will feel totally relax and renew.

ASHTANGA MODIFIED PRIMARY SERIES
If yoga is not new for you then this Vinyasa (group of Asanas with Pranayama) will be a great option. The focus of this practice is to produce an intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs.
